Ground Floor

Downstairs consists of 4 lovely yet diverse apartments. Apartment 4 is
located directly underneath the Suite 7, so it to boasts grand bay windows
and larger floor space. It is also equipped with a spa and the kitchen is
tucked around the corner, so you wouldn't even know it was there.

As Suite 4 is located at the front of the building it also has marvellous
garden views. Suite 2 is also at the front of the building, across the
hall from Suite 4. This bright suite may not be as large as Suite 4, yet
the warmth and charm of the room is felt from the moment you walk in
the door. Suite 2 is also equipped with a spa. Suite 3 is one of the more
private suites.

Located behind Suite 4, this romantic room with has direct garden and
BBQ access from a side door. Also with spa and oozing character and
charm. Finally, Suite 1 is the only suite with sole outdoor access. It is extremely private and is of the same quality as all the other suites.
Suite 1 does not have a spa.



First Floor

There are 3 apartments upstairs. Firstly, Apartment 6, a bright room with a gorgeous juliette style side balcony boasting the glorious full afternoon sun with valley views and no spa.

Next Apartment 5, located at the front of the building, has a spa, large lazy balcony with garden, river and ocean views, truly one of our most popular suites. And finally there is our exclusive two-bedroom suite, which has 2 x queen size bedrooms, one of which has a balcony at the front of the building. This suite has a large bathroom with a spa, large living areas, with huge bay windows.

The living areas also have access to an extremely generous balcony, which overlook the sun rising above the Southern Ocean and Lorne. Both verandas have garden, river and ocean views. This apartment actually takes up one quarter of the building.
